Tuneishia Harris
All That I Am - Executive Director

Tuneishia Harris is a speaker, coach, and consultant based in Denver, Colorado, with over 25 years of experience spanning telecommunications, organizational development, AI strategy, and community empowerment. She is the Founder and CEO of NuVision 360°, a human-centered AI strategy and organizational consulting firm built around her signature C.O.R.E. Framework™, and the Founder and Executive Director of All That I Am, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is empowering Black girls and young women ages 5 to 22 through W.I.N.G.S. (Wellness, Inner Growth, Nourishment, Gratitude, and Serenity), integrating STEAM, social-emotional wellness, and workforce readiness.

Tuneishia's career began with 17 years in multi-carrier telecommunications network operations, where she held a Senior Technical Account Manager role at RingCentral managing Fortune 500 and Ivy League enterprise accounts. That foundation in large-scale operations, cross-functional coordination, and client relationship management now informs how she approaches organizational strategy and team realignment work: with an eye for process, accountability, and the systems that either support or undermine a team's ability to function.

Her pivot into organizational development, AI strategy, and community empowerment has been shaped by both credential and lived commitment. She holds an M.S. in Entrepreneurship from CU Denver (2025) and a B.S. in Psychology from Southern University A&M College, along with credentials as a Certified Scrum Master, a Google Project Management Certificate holder, an IBM Product Manager Certificate holder, a Certified Peer Recovery Coach, and Youth Mental Health First Aid (National Council for Mental Wellbeing). Her QBHA (Qualified Behavioral Health Associate) credential in particular sets her apart in the organizational consulting space, giving her a clinically-informed lens on stress, burnout, and behavioral health factors that shape team performance, alongside her strategic and operational expertise.

At NuVision 360°, Tuneishia leads engagements in team realignment, training and curriculum design, and AI strategy for organizations, including the firm's AI division featuring ARIA, an inbound AI sales agent, with an outbound counterpart in development. Her consulting philosophy is built on the belief that 'cream must always be present,' meaning that no matter how sophisticated the strategy or technology, the human element has to remain central and visible in the work.

At All That I Am, she has built a full continuum of programming for Black girls and young women, and has led grant strategy, financial planning, and community partnerships that have grown the organization since receiving its IRS determination in January 2026. Her broader teaching and facilitation history includes long-standing roles with Deep Impact, the Sims-Fayola Foundation, Royal Mentoring Group, McBride Impact, Lincoln Hills, CHIC, YAASPA, AAYLS, the Montbello Organizing Committee, African Leadership Group, CU Denver, and Metropolitan State University, and she has additional peer recovery coaching experience at Tribe Recovery Homes and True North Recovery Services.

Tuneishia was awarded the Empowerment and Inspiration Award from the African Leadership Group on International Women's Day 2026 and was a featured speaker at the Becoming Through Action 2026 conference. Her speaking style combines vulnerable storytelling with practical education, and she is known for pushing audiences and students past comfortable material toward real reflection and change.

Today, Tuneishia brings this full range, corporate systems experience, nonprofit program leadership, clinical behavioral health training, and strategic consulting, to organizations seeking genuine team realignment, rebuilding, and growth.
